(Running 7.4.1) We have a user that has received a half dozen messages from Kerio Connector saying "Unable to synchronize a message" today. He is a low volume user and is able to send and recive messages OK. Debug from message says-

Looking for any suggestions as to issue and / or fix.

First thing I'd suggest is to upgrade to the latest version of Kerio Connect. Lots of bugfix are done with newer version.

Thanks. We'll be doing that next available downtime. Meanwhile, I think issue may be user is using Office 2003 (??).
