Hi,

We are having a huge problem with the synchronisation of public folders. Basically one of our departments have a folder in Public folders where they receive email & fax orders. That folder then have subfolders for individual employees so they can move the email to their folder when they are processing the order to avoid duplicate orders (so no one else can process the same order).

Now the problem is, koff doesnt refresh/sync quick enough(it can take 3-4 mins for it to refresh soemtimes), which means even though, the email doesnt exist on the server, the client still sees it in the main folder and moves it to their folder, when someone else has already moved and processed the order. This causes a duplicate order which is causing us extra time, and also sometimes money.

It used to be fine, but it has gone much slower now.

Is there a way to make it sync faster? any solution to the above problem?

We are using Kerio connect 7.4.2 with koff on clients. Clients are on windows 7 64bit with 32bit office 2003.

I have checked the server and it doesnt seem to hit the processor or memory that much. Network is gigabit. Network isnt getting hammered either, but maybe i can do some test to see the stability. If so, any recommendation on a tool?

Thanks in advance
