Hello all,

We have a situation where we need to delete meetings/calendar events that were created by a users no longer in the system. I'm not sure how to do this.

Any help is appreciated.

Try logging into WebMail with a user that has Admin rights to the Calendar. You should find the Admin can remove these.

I logged in with my account, which has admin rights, however, I'm not sure where this event is viewable since I don't see it on my calendar, or the public calendar.

If User A created this recurring event and invited User B, C, D, E, and user A is no longer with the company and her account removed, where would I be able to delete this event?

If other users have events in their calendar from a user that has since been deleted then the users will need to delete any events in their own calendar. Since they are the owner of their calendar they should be able to remove any event in their calendar.

So I cannot go in and remove the recurring event globally from the system, but instead each user will need to remove it from their own calendar, correct?

That is correct, this cannot be done globally.

This would be a good feature request. Can you please login to the web admin interface and on the splash screen that you are presented with there will be a button at the top of the page called 'Suggest Idea'. This will take you through to our feedback website and navigate you to the appropriate section for the product you are using and you can create this well-appreciated suggestion.
