I tried the snom m9 phone with Kerio Operator, auto-provision auto detect the phone and assigned a new extension. However, the time & date is wrong. I have checked the phone NTP paramaters/config, it is the Kerio Operator.

The phone FW is 9.4.2, has anyone experience this issue?

I upgraded the FW to 9.6.2 but the phone didn't work Kerio Operator using this firmware.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Thank you.

I am using the snom M9r with Operator with no issues. Using 9.6.2-a. Should be the latest.

@Rolando,

Did you choose the right city for GMT+4? The rules for DST/non-DST may differ.

Hi Vladimir,

Of course we did that, i selected timezone that in the handset itself.
The problem is the date didn't change and is in default state of 01/01/2009, time is 04:00

Silars: is your phone autoprovisioned or manually configured?
