Hi there,

I do have a password issue on a Windows 7 client with KOFF-7.4.1. When I create a new profile > type in the correct the user credentials (save password is checked), the Kerio Outlook Connector Configuration window stays open with blank password. It seems like that the password isn't saved. I am able to retrieve the server Info. The Password doesn't use any special characters.

Here's what I did:
- I've reinstalled KOFF
- Recreated a new mail profile
- Same behaviour with a fresh Kerio user account

Anything else I can do?

Remove the profile in Outlook and run auto-configuration tool. For automatic configuration of profiles, there is a special tool called ProfileCreator. To get and start it, follow these guidelines:

1. In your browser, enter your mailserver's URL address following the pattern http://server_name/ (e.g.

2. If the address is correct, the Kerio WebMail login page is opened. Click on the Integration with Windows link displayed at the bottom of the login dialog.

3. In the Integration with Windows page just opened, click on Click here to auto-configure Kerio Outlook Connector.

4. Save the tool and run it by double-clicking on its icon.

5. The script now creates a new profile and pre-configures your Kerio account.

6. Click on Retrieve Info in the configuration to check whether the password is correct and whether the login data can be used for connection to the server.

Thank you Lucian for your reply. As I wrote I've already used the auto configuration tool. The password isn't saved, although the checkbox is enabled, "save password". When I click on Retrieve Info, I am able to open a connection to the server. Once I hit ok, the Kerio Outlook Connector Configuration window stays open with blank password.
