Hi Guys,

A simple one ive never come across before. I need to create a distribution list which has both internal and external email recipients. I cant see where / how to do this. 100% of my group emails are done via AD authentication/grouping and one 1 group i need to add another non-ldap /non-local address.

Can anyone assist?

THanks alot

Hi Anthony,

You can achieve this by creating a 'Mailing List' via the Web Admin. It is very similar to a group but it allows you to add external email address, plus it gives you more control over how can email/post to it etc...

As Vicky says, but do keep in mind that a mailing list will consume a license

Hi Bud,

You may be happy to know that mailing lists no longer consume a user licence now. This has been the case for quite a few versions.
