Is there a way to configure Kerio products to allow the Apache service provided Mac 10.8 (Mountain LIon) Server.app to serve the web services needed rather than the Apache service that deploys with Kerio installs?

Kerio Connect uses own webserver, it does not use Apache.
There are basically three options how to solve port conflict:
1. Stop one of the services (eg. Apache).
2. Configure both services so they use different ports (eg. HTTP to port 81).
3. Assign two IP addresses to computer and configure both services to listen on specific IP address only.
