howdy

looking for a little advice

we are an office of about 10 people... using kerio and entourage 2008 on the mac

currently all clients are connected to kerio using IMAP

contacts etc are handled outside of kerio in a filemaker database

problem is... no one really updates/maintains the database... and most contact/project info on all jobs are contained with peoples emails... which... by default.. others don't have access to

so

is it possible to set it up so that ALL incoming/outgoing email is automatically sent to public folders

similarly with contacts

any insight greatly appreciated

thanks in advance

Sounds like you need to address your employees' work flow more than anything else. I would recommend you to upgrade them to either Outlook for Mac or Apple Mail / Contacts / iCal, and implement proper shared contacts folder, and stop managing contacts using FileMaker.
