Have Kerio Control and Connect running on the same server. Today I added an additional network interface on WAN side for load balancing. After that all users started getting 100' of old messages and Kerio queue is full of old messages.
I got to stop the mail server , move queue folder continents, disable second WAN. After I did than everything back to normal. How to add second WAN for load balancing and don't have the same problem again?

Are you sure these are old messages? How old? It looks like these are all bounces that could not be delivered. So maybe it tries to send them via the new LAN card and for some reason it can't.

Also check the mail and debug log.

I found the problem. It was messages from backup mx catch all POP3 account for period over 2 years. For some reason kerio didn't fetched/deleted them before. I'm guessing they bounced by kerio spam repellant and ended up in backup mx.
