Got a user here: iPhone & iPad sync doesn't work anymore. The message on the phone reads

E-Mails k├Ânnen nicht empfangen werden
Die Verbindung mit dem Server ist fehlgeschlagen

I must have something to do with that special user: He can login correctly without problems into his webinterface and on his MacBook the sync seems to work as well. Only iPhone & iPad produces this error.

I already tried to remove the profiles from the ios devices and then remove the devices from the kerio account. Didn't help. Rebuilding the mailboxes neither.

It could be caused by some incorrectly formatted email in user mailbox. Make sure you're using latest Kerio Connect version.
You can try to move some emails from INBOX folder and try it again.
