Hi,

I am running Operator 2.0.1 build 787 on an Operator box. Version 2.0.3 is the latest available version showing in the forum.

However, in the Advanced options > Update Checker > Update Status, I can see that Operator 2.1.0 Beta 2 is offered by default as the download.

Is the beta recommended for production environments? I note on the beta web page that "This version is intended for testing purposes only". I am certainly interested to try the new features in the beta, but I don't want to risk messing up my company's phone system.

But if the beta is not recommended, how can I download v 2.0.3 to my Operator box? Would I simply upload the Upgrade Image available at http://www.kerio.com/operator/download

Many thanks,

ft.

Hi,

even though many people do, it is not recommended to use the beta versions in a production environment.

If you want to upgrade to the latest stable version, please uncheck the "[ ] Check also for beta versions" checkbox on the Update Checker screen and hit Apply. In case Operator has already downloaded a beta version, you would in addition need to reboot it.

Of course you can always upgrade Operator manually by downloading the upgrade image from http://www.kerio.com/operator/download and uploading it to Operator.

Last but not least, please pay attention to the release notes.

Best
Filip
