If you want to create subdirectories under "Sent" or "Trash", so this may not work on the new webmail interface. If you create them using the old webmail interface, they will be displayed in the new Webmail (Kerio Connect client) correctly and there is then even the ability to create additional subdirectories recursively.

@ KERIO: feature or bug?

What happens if you create a subfolder under Trash and later decides to empty the trash? Feature or bug?

If you decides to empty trash, trash will be empty, so all messages and folders will be deleted in trash.

I believe the poster mean creating a folder under mailbox which might go below the trash or sent items folder.

Is that what you meant venkman?

We have in our company some people who unfortunately just been working for many years just like this. This means they will never delete their 'trashbox' and most importantly they use the 'sent' folder for archiving all of their outgoing messages. The danger about emptying the trash I can understand very well, but below 'sent' it should be possible to create (sub)directories like all the time before.
