Dear Team,

I have 2 external number:

44 44 44 - A

55 55 55 - B

and have 4 extensions, 10 ,11, 12, 13

I want

10, 11 ext would be route out using A 44 44 44

12, 13 ext would be route out using B 55 55 55

Prefix for both A and B must be 9. Is it not possible!

Maybe in future release we can have route out number per extension as a advanced option.

Thank you for advice

It actually is possible, but may not necessarily solve your situation. There is an implicit call routing preference within Operator where outgoing call routing is matched to the routing of inbound calls.

If external number A gets routed to 10 and 11, then outgoing calls not otherwise described would get routed out A. Likewise, if external number B is routed to 12 and 13 on inbound, then outbound calls would prefer that external number.

I believe they are already looking at advanced call routing functionality, to include explicit call routing per extension.
