I am trying out Kerio Workspace 2.x and seems very interesting as a small private cloud server for documents.
I am particularly interested in the Client installation (Windows) and the ability to sync from the server back to a local folder on your PC. When I activate this, it works OK and two way sync does happen, but I am bothered by something:

The client seems to choose the local path where all the files live by itself without the ability for the user to specify this? It seems to be using C:\Users\<username>\Kerio Workspace as the root folder for this.

I have had a habit of keeping my personal documents on a second drive for many years (partition or physical) so would have preferred to be able to set the root for the client to be something like D:\Documents\Kerio Workspace.

Is this possible at all? Or is it mandatory that they live in the location determined by the client? Any way to change this?

Thanks.

Thanks for the confirmation. I would respectfully ask that this be considered in future updates? Windows Live Mesh eg can be set to sync anything you like back to Skydrive and is great for Docs folder (which can be anywhere of course).
Many thanks and kind regards.

I can promise that it will definitely be possible in a next version because it is one of the most popular feature our users are asking for.
