Hi,

Here is the environment:

- Windows server 2008 (64bits) with TS
- Office Pro 2012 (32bits)
- TS User profiles have been copied from old (2008 server - 32bits) to new (2008 server - 64 Bits).
- Kerio Connect - Outlook connector - 8.0.0-369

Problem:
- When launching outlook, the user end-up with the following error:

MAPI was unable to load the information service KOFMSP.DLL

Conditions giving error:

- If one of the transferred TS user (who was using outlook on the previous system) launch outlook, he end-up with the error.
- What ever solution I have tried (everything proposed in the forum), when rebuilding the kerio outlook connector account in outlook, the system doesn't ask for the settings (server IP, Mailbox name, password), and immediately add the new account in outlook and end-up with the error.

Conditions not giving error:

- Creating a kerio outlook connector account in outlook for user not using outlook on the previous server, will launch outlook correctly and the user's mails will be download to outlook.

Conclusion:

- It seems that the previous kerio outlook connector account's data are kept somewhere, and as soon as delete/re-create a new kerio outlook connector account, the system just re-use the old data.
If such info are kept by the system, how can it be access & changed?

Thanks for any help

Nick

Hi All,

After trying a lot of solutions propose in the forum, I ended with the following:

I have done exactly:
Quote:
Create a new profile by just as if you are going to create a new profile and just delete the Kerio profile leaving your Outlook profile as default, solved my issue right away, Thanks Longhair-NL for pointing me in the right direction.

The solution was applied to all TS users having the issue and all outlook was back "online"
