Customer notes that:

The mail is now displayed in a scalable font. The old version used a fixed font. Most of our applications generate email which needs a fixed format to display correctly.

I don't see any way to fix that..

Do you mean plaintext or HTML emails?

Well, i don't know what his apps are actually sending, but whatever: the user should be able to set fonts, shouldn't they?

Hello Pavel & Tony!

Yes, our "plain text" emails no longer format correctly for our users with the new Kerio Connect web mail.

As an addendum to what Michael posted:

Basically, we have maybe around 100 programs which send email messages. No HTML, just plain text. Many of those contain columns of numbers. And, any time the number is zero, that field is usually left blank.

To be able to read those tables, the browser must use a fixed width font such as Courier. And, not remove any blanks from them. In other words, display them exactly as received, with absolutely no formatting.

The old Kerio Connect interface shows these no problems. But, with new interface, everything is crunched together on the left column with multiple spaces reduced to a single space. I say this is standard action for HTML, but not for text only.
