We only use Webmail and we recently upgraded to kerio Connect 7.4.3. Since the upgrade users are reporting slowness across the board with Webmail on IE8. I too notice some this slowness with IE8 but if I use Chrome there is no slowness. I know I could switch all my users to Chrome but if possible I would like to solve the IE8 slowness problem. We did not have this problem before the upgrade. If anyone else has experienced this problem and resolve it (other than changing browsers) I would like to know what they did.

While checking the forum I did find someone else who said they resolved a similar problem with the following change "under Configuration>Advanced Options>Miscellaneous for "Log Hostnames for Incoming Connections" and if it is turned on turn it off". I made that change but the problem still exists.

I can recommend using Chrome, Firefox or Safari browsers with Kerio Connect client. MS IE performance in Javascript is quite poor comparing to other browsers. New client is using many new technologies, HTML5, Xmlhttp requests and a lot of javascripts etc. Although we are still working on improving the performance for MS IE I'm afraid other browsers will be always faster.

Pavel, I get the feeling your answer is relating to Kerio Connect 8. We are running Kerio Connect 7.4.3 not Kerio 8, so does your answer still apply?

Before the upgrade we were running 7.2.2 and were not experiencing this slowness.
