I am trying to move a user message folder to new domain name. Both accounts using the internal user database. However I can't select the new user account within the "Find User" window. The new user account doesn't show up. This feature was working pretty reliable in Kerio.

Am I missing something? Thanks

Okay. Here's what I found out. Obviously you can't move user's folder from domainA.com to domainB.com if the username stays the same e.g. contact@domainA.com to contact<_at_>domainB.com
= DOES NOT WORK!

However, we are able to move user's folder from contact@domainA.com to mail<_at_>domainB.com
= WORKS

It does look like a bug in web administration. Please report it at http://www.kerio.com/support/submit-bug-report
Thank you.
