I'm starting to get it now, so there isn't really any benefit of getting a 6 line vs a 3 line a phone. How does BLF works then?

Sorry maybe I should rephrase the questions to make it clear.
Let's say I ordered a trunk with 6 channels.
With a 3 lines phone like http://www.voiplink.com/Yealink_SIP_T22_p/yealink-sip-t22.ht m
How would I pick up calls for the different lines on hold if all the lines are on hold.

Andrew
Thanks

Hi,

I think you should really look at call queues, ring groups, and call parking.
