One of my clients uses outlook 2003 in their office, most (80%) other users are on OSX or iOS. Central to the business is the contact directory which we have stored in public folders. We have users in the directory who have the category as MEMBER. These show up as groups in OSX address book, or public folders in outlook. However, I am still seeing users from whom the category has been removed in this list. Any reason as to why this is, a possible fix or different way of managing? I'm running connect 8 on mountain lion server.

Hi Rick,

This sounds like an interesting problem. I have seen problems with Mountain Lion and Kerio Connect that are similar to this but not quite the same. What I would suggest is testing editing the contacts in WebMail to see how they sync down to the Outlook and Address Book clients as this may help narrow the problem down. However I would suggest perhaps logging a bug report with technical Support if this a problem you can reproduce reliably:
