Hello, here is the scenario:

I am using windows xp sp3 and outlook 2003 sp3
I install the latest connector from the website (version 8.0.0-639)
I install and then go to set up the outlook profile
It then tells me I need to upgrade to a newer version of the connector.
It downloads it and installs
Outlook then starts and I get the configuring connector message and then it just crashes out.
I then load outlook again and it does the same thing again and again, trying to configure and then crashing.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but when I go to un-install I get the error :
"error 1905. Module c:\program files\kerio\outlook connector (offline edition)\dbserverps.dll failed to unregister"

Any ideas how to fix? I have tried removing profiles and using different user logins.

Please install the same version as your Kerio Connect server. You can download it from the Integration page on the server (webmail).
