Here is an excerpt from my log. All the same Outlook 2011 User:

GetItem: There is cached MAPI message without opened ReadItem. Item path: ~xxxxx<_at_>xxxxxx.com/Sent Items/#msgs/00001afb.eml

anyone got any ideas.

Hi Andrew,

I have seen Outlook 2011 do some strange things and the first thing I would suggest is to rebuild the Outlook 2011 profile and clear the server side cache for the user. If you look in the users folder on the server you should see a folder called '__keriomapi__STORE' try removing this along with the users profile in Outlook 2011. Make sure that the Kerio Connect server is stopped when doing this. If you need further assistance it may be a good idea to contact technical support.

Hi did you get this stopped? I am having same issue but doing what Vicky suggests didnt work.
