In the latest version there is a problem when you change channels on the internet from the primary backup. When switching through the administration console, SIP connections remain at the previous channel, despite the fact that changed the default route. I do not believe that on the test bench you can not simulate that. This is tested on various configurations of iron and different gateways. I'm not talking about small no significant error, but a serious problem. Time with my statement of the problem to have passed a lot, but instead of that to model at the situation - I have asked a lot of logs, which I have to get a running system, without leaving the office telephone.

1. Two Internet channel.
2. Changing the primary channel to the backup (both channels are available and functional)
3. SIP connection remains at the previous channel.
4. Kerio Control sends it to shut off the route.
5. Check! This is a BUG!

Thank you. But this is not the solution, it's a dirty hack. Wink Change the default route to forcibly break the existing connections. Am I mistaken?

Your IP-PBX is what? Asterisk, Operator etc?
Operator for example is only looking at the first used internet connection. It will not change the SIP route unless it is manual down in Operator. This has nothing to do with Control. Control will try to handle the right route, only the IP-PBX want to connect with his primaire connection (public IP). So that is what you see in Control.
