Scenario: In a network integrated KERIO control box. All is configured well. After 1Y the Box is dead. The technican here in Germany checks the PSU first. It is fine. The box needs a service (swap of the Mainboard or so).

My questions:
- Where will i need to ship the box?
- do you ship a new/refurbished/repaired one BEFORE/THE SAME DAY your customer/reseller/distributor requests a RMA?
- if not, is it possible to use the MMC of the defective box with a different box to keep all the settings and minimize the offline time that way?
Any other options?

Thanks, Andre
