hi guys, why all of a sudden our kerio connect server is rejecting Legitimate email domains such as government sites, and even those clients who use to send email before to us now is being rejected.

DNS blacklist SORBS DNSBL - it's being rejected by this based on the security log.

What's wrong with the kerio-connect server?

I had unchecked the SORBD DNSBL from the filtering rules, legitimate emails can get through also the spam.

This just happen 2 days ago, before everything was fine. Any ideas guys?

Please help, I had also deleted the bayes database to no avail.

Really need your help guys. Thanks in advance.

This is not Kerio's fault. You are using an unreliable blacklist. Don't use SORBS. I use Spamhaus and Spamcop, they are much more reliable.

Thanks buddy.
I had already set Spamhaus and Spamcop.

How do I add another spam filter? are there any free ones?

Just click "Add" on the Blacklist config page.

There is a selection of free blacklists here:
