hi,

are there known problems with kerio and windows 8. I have a customer which told me that he must restart outlook each time he sends an email with KOFF.

we have the latest version from kerio connect installed and the customer uses outlook 2010 with latest updates installed?

any idea or does someone have same problems with win8

Any chance are they using Macafee... We had 2 customers this week that had the same complaint and by removing Macafee the problem went away

there is no mcafee installed - but the customer told me that he got a java update a few days before - after rollback before the update all is fine now ... - strange?
