Is there a way to archive calendar events within Kerio Connect or can it only be done using Outlooks 2010 archiving feature>

Hy rfrazee,
we had the same problem.. more than 5000 entries in a user's calendar.

we had problems with sharing these calenders to other users and longer timouts in webmail.

our solution was to create a second calendar named "Archive_calendar" and put everything older than a year in it. so we had a slim actual calendar which can be shared and loaded faster. The archive_calendar can only be seen by the owner.

It would be great if there is a maintenance-function as "export2Excel&Delete-entries-Button in the users webfrontend.

or do you have other hints?

If you need to archive data off of the server then you will need to use an email client/calendar client that has the option to export calendar data. This would be the recommended way to do it however 'Remy' has provided you with a good workaround.
