I like the look and feel of the new Kerio Connect web interface, but I can't see how to add, edit, remove and assign 'categories' for contacts. It's still possible to do this in 'Old WebMail'.

Also, is it possible to include our own company logo in the new interface?

Hi Majuja,

new Kerio Connect client doesn't support categories for contacts and company logo. If you want this feature you can vote at Kerio feedback (available from Kerio Connect Client).

There do seem to be quite a number of these 'little things' that have been removed from the Webmail system and for which we now have to 'suggest' that they be added back into the product.

Based on 3 years experience, the suggestion route is not much used and not very responsive to many good ideas, so getting these features returned is likely to be a very protracted exercise.

More likely is a review of what the current product actually does against three criterions
* User needs / expectations
* Product visible roadmap
* Competetive products

I've been a staunch supporter of Kerio Vs Exchange in our organisation, but many of the changes since V8 and a perceived lack of committment to Microsoft products is proving to be 'challenging'.

Any reassurances that my perceptions are inaccurate?

Hang on, removing the ability to have own company's logo from new webmail and asking to vote for new suggestion? Come on! Is there a reason why this has been removed?

That's been a standard for Kerio for a while now. Intentionally remove a feature, then when people complain about it, inform them they have to suggest it as a new feature because it's not missing (or a bug). That's what happens when a company makes design changes without considering the users who pay for the product. Because you know, everyone wants webmail with no spell check, no ability to sort by different columns, no folder indenting on shared folders, etc. The webmail might have a "new modern look", but it's gone several years backwards in terms of features, and is missing many features that are considered standard and necessary in every other webmail on the market. But the features that are no longer included aren't "missing", so you have to beg for them back.
