Ok so have done this process many time no issue.

Delete a user mailbox for someone who has left and select move the mailbox to another users folder not selecting delete data.

Select the user and the mailbox shows in the account in outlook (with no sub-folders, Inbox etc)

In web mail all folders are shown Inbox Sent Items etc but all return the error 'Folder of GUID %1 Does Not exisit' Server Error

So as this worked without issue before and nothing else has changed is this broken ?

Thanks in advance.

From what you mention it seems like a bug in Kerio Connect 8.0. It will be resolved in version 8.1 AFAIK. My apology that I do not have time frame for the release date.

Thanks

Is it not worth putting a warning if people do not wish to lose access to the emails that this is broken?

You can, alternatively you can advise the user to switch back to old webmail using the link on the top of the page.

Update

A restart of the server fixes the mailbox problem when doing the delete and move users folder.
