We are running Kerio Connect 7.4.3 and only use the Webmail client. I have a user (unfortunately my manager) who is frequently getting timed out.

I did recently reimage the PC. There have been no other browser problems. Problem happens with IE8 or Google Chrome. PC is running XP.

Here are the Session Security Settings.
Session Expiration Timeout: 12 Hours
Maximum Session duration: 18 Hours
Force Webmail signout if user's IP Address changes (Box is checked)

I have not found any messages in the logs other than when the user logs back on Webmail. Hopefully someone will have an idea why this is happening.

By "timed out", do you mean "Session expired"?

Is there going to be a response to this issue? I'm having the same exact problem with Kerio 7.4.3. In the middle of a session, and sometimes within seconds after logging on, I'm getting "Your Session has Expired" timeouts. Worse, logging back in is often an exercise in entering name and password not just once, but 3 times, 5 times, sometimes more than 10 times. And then within minutes, it's right back to sessions expiring again.

No settings changes were made to Kerio Connect whatsoever - this just started happening all on its own. I have been battling this for months now.

PLEASE - we need a solution to this. This is a severe issue and it's MADDENING.
