Hi there,

We've recently got a bright office-savvy power user onboard whom is asking for features ive never really heard of (never having run exchange and only kerio since KMS days)

I should mention this is a assistant who works exclusively for a manager

such features include:

-booking calendar events in the managers calendar but all reminders go to the assistant
-booking calendar events "on behalf of" the manager. So the assistant does the work of the booking process but to the person who receives the calendar appt invite it appears as "from assistant, on behalf of manager"
-replying to emails "on behalf of" the manager
-creating categories in assistant outlook 2010 which apply to managers categories (calendar)
-viewing all other users calendars in the "busy only" format (no details, just blocks of busy)

To be honest this just what i can remeber at this stage. So q is ...

Can KC do this?

Thanks alot for your time and help.

First of all, yes this is possible in Exchange. We have clients that use these features a lot. Especially personal assistants to managers use this. It is all configured in the "Delegate Access" option of Outlook. See screenshot in attachment.

I don't think you can do that in Kerio Connect.
