Hi...

can i run Kerio Control on Mac Mini Server?

it has only 1 Ethernet Port which can expanded with USB->Ethernet Adapters,
any experiences here?

AFAIK it's not as easy to install Kerio Control software appliance on Mac Hardware and I would not recommend it.

If you would like to consider virtural appliance then it is another story.

i forgot to write that i want to run the parallels appliance on
parallels desktop...

Personally I have never tried using parallels. With VMware (Which I bet it's very similar) it is very straight forward.
