There is nothing wrong with Kerio Connect.

Recipient's SMTP server (or your SMTP relay server - you should know it by the IP address) rejecting the message, probably because you're trying to deliver email to another domain without authentication.

OK. My server is connected directly to internet. No relay.

mail003.telefonica.com.ar is the destination server, so, as I understand (tell me if I'm wrong) there is a direct negotiation between my server (Kerio Connect) and the destination server. What kind of authentication is needed?

This kind of error only showed with this destination server.

Thanks in advance.

Gabriel.

Hey Gabriel,

That error means the mail server is trying to do a reverse lookup on the ip and it fails, so it's not accepting mail.
You'll need to contact the host and ask them to fix the rDNS records.

You can check yourself the problems with this destination host (mail003.telefonica.com.ar) in the following link:

That is possibly right, but this

is not. You have to fix this with your ISP, they have to add a rDNS record to the IP address used by your mail server for the domain used by you. This allows the receiving host to check the hostname provided in the HELO command against the IP address used by your server

That was what I meant when I said contact the host. I meant your ISP provider. Sorry if it wasn't clear enough for you.
