I get in my debug.log the following:

[28/Jan/2013 23:12:04] {com.kerio.workspace} INFO: Shutdown in progress
[28/Jan/2013 23:12:05] {com.kerio.workspace} ERROR: Failed to shutdown Derby network server

This happens when shutting down the whole server. When stopping workspace by hand (/etc/init.d/...) all is fine.

Maybe the stop script is called too late in the shutdown process?
