Let's assume that you have the phone manually configured for Operator, and that you've verified that the basic functions work.

1. Make sure that Kerio Operator's "Directed Call Pickup" pbx service is enabled.
2. Log in to the phone's web interface and select Preferences.
3. Make the change circled below:

4. Save the change.
5. Click Expansion Module 1, 2, etc. and set the type to BLF or BLF/Xfer as shown below, using your own labels and extension numbers:

6. Save your changes and restart the phone.

BLF should now be active, so try calling one of the monitored extensions while watching the LED for that line.
