Record audio (ext 86) works fine from the Polycom IP phones. However, it does not work from off-net.

I call in to an Auto Attendant with an option for extension dialing. The other PBX services (Music, Current time, etc.) work from here but when I enter 86 I get a beep and the message "please enter the number you wish to call".

Any ideas?

The Dial By Extension service and direct dialing from an Auto Attendant Script is slightly restricted. You cannot dial emergency numbers as well as the record audio service due to security.
