Hello.

I know there are many topics with this issue, but nothing worked for me. I am running Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 64-Bit with Kerio Connect 8.0

Everytime I install Kerio Connect it says it need to update to work in online mode, but when I do, Outlook won't start with the KOFMSP.DLL error.

I checked Path variable, uninstalled, rebootet like 1 mio times but nothing helps. The funny thing is it worked fine until yesterday. Suddenly it said, that "The public folders were changed from global to domain" or something like that, eventhough nothing changed on our servers. I am the only one in the company having this problem.

Please help, nothing helped so far, I tried everything I found on the internet

Because your server is running old version of Kerio Connect and Kerio Outlook Connector must match the server version. When you run Kerio Outlook Connector, it is automatically downgraded by the server version and apparently this downgrade is not well received by Outlook profile. Upgrades should work fine and we test them.

The solution is to use the same version of Kerio Outlook Connector as the server is.
