Hi,

there's an issue with the 2nd B-Channel of our three system access ports: we receive 6 parallel incoming calls but can only make three simultaneous calls outwards.
of course, in the case that all six channels are free.. Wink ..

thanx&brgds
Rainer

What's your call routing setup? Do you have a limit on the number of concurrent calls on some of the interfaces?

solved:

Call Routing > Edit External Interface > Advanced > number of concurrent calls: set to "2"

when set to "unlimited" only one channel is used.
strange - but solved!
