We are actually dropping RHEL 5.x/CentOS 5.x. This seems like missing dependency. Package GLibc v2.7 may not be available in standard repository of your distribution. Try to install this dependency.

And what are we supposed to do about support right now? People like Scott above are paid customers, but right now their only upgrade is to a beta. Will support take this problem or reject it because it is beta?

AIFAIK: As CentOS 5.x is being dropped the above reported problem is not really a problem anymore.
The final release version of Workspace will not support CentOS 5.x so you can't have this problem with the release version.

The problem is only in the beta version, and because it is a beta...you are taking that risk then.
So as a paid customer they will still get support and bugfixes etc. but not on CentOS 5.x problems as that is not a supported OS.

I admit it would have been better to drop CentOS 5.x for the beta versions to not get swamped with issues on 5.x that are not on 6.x which will be the supported version for the final release.
