hi,
I have a problem with outgoing calls ..
I have 3 extensions that use the external interface 1 and others 2 extensions that use the interface 2.
I would like to block outgoing calls made from the first three extensions to interface 2.
how can I fix this?

Hi,

You can create a call permission group that blocks calls to the prefix assigned to interface 2. Then just assign the call permission group to the extensions that should not use interface 2.

@Next-it,

If the three extensions you mention above are allowed to use interface 1 but not interface 2, then you need two separate prefixes.
