We are trialling Operator with a view to replacing an old Samsung DCS system. I am trying to register a trial licence but the Operator server cannot contact the licence server. It seems there is nowhere in Operator Admin to specify and upstream proxy. Our network is behind a proxy server and there is nowhere to enter this info.

Is there a way to access the command line of the Operator machine and plug the info in to a config file?

Hi,

Do you want to say there is a SIP proxy between Operator and your SIP carrier? If so, you should configure the external interface in Operator to talk to the SIP proxy.

I would like to specify an upstream http proxy to allow Operator to register / check for updates.

I see. Operator does not support http proxies.

Thanks.

Will this feature ever be built in, do you know?

We do not plan that. Sorry.
