I have some users (two or three) who can send their messages within problems but sometimes these messages don't be receive. They haven't got any alert of that. KERIO don't say to them that the message was undelivered.
In the administration console i can see the message in "queue de messages". You have the "├ętat" "4.4.1 cannot connect to remote host" . When I try to send the message via the administration console, the message is always blocked.
In the last case it was a message from an user @ville-gradignan.fr to a user <_at_>ville-gradignan.fr (in the same domain)
It is strange ?
How can I do to evit this problem ?
