We have one user running Windows XP, Outlook 2010, and is using the KOFF connector. All morning Outlook has been randomly crashing them. The event viewer shows two errors:

Error 1:
Add-in execution error. Outlook crashed during the 'explorerOnButtonAction' callback of the 'IRibbonControl' interface while calling into the 'Kerio Outlook Connector User Interface' add-in.

Error 2:
Microsoft Outlook: Rejected Safe Mode action : Outlook experienced a serious problem with the 'kerio outlook connector user interface' add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?.

I haven't been able to find anything on these errors. Any suggestions?

Thanks!!!

I have a customer experiencing the same Error 2 issue today, the only difference is that they are using Windows 7.
