Hi

I'm switching my company from Entourage IMAP to Mac Outlook 2011 Exchange.

I give user A rights to see user B's calendar.

When user A composes an email, he now has the choice to send mail as user B. User B's name appears in the "From" drop down.

If the calendar is read only then mail can't be sent but this will cause many concerns.

All users have read access to the President's calendar. With Outlook, they will all have the appearance of being able to send mail as the President.

Is there a way to not have the option to send mail as any calendar that you have read access to?

Thanks

As you correcty state, if A tries to send message as user B, it fails with message "User A is not allowed to send messages on behalf of user B". We are not aware of any way how to disable possibility to select sender.
