Hi,

I have recently updated my Outlook 2003 to 2010.
When I try to use a shared calendar I have subscribed (Open calendar / Open shared calendar), I get the message "cannot display the folder". The shared calendars I am trying to use now worked perfectly with the previous version. I am running Kerio Outlook Connector 8.0.1.
How can I fix it?

Regards

have you double checked the sharing permissions associated with the calendar? I have noticed that sometimes they get changed and have to be reset

You can't open shared Calendars this way in KOFF. You need to add shared mailbox in KOFF configuration and then it is listed in the list of Calendar folders.

Thanks, monkeymissile and Pavel Dostal.

I have added the shared mailbox and I see the calendar but I cannot see the items in the calendar, instead of them I only see the message "Not available". I neither can insert new items. The header of the calendar permanently displays a message saying "updating..".
