The company we just acquired has about 70 users that i want to migrate to our Kerio mail server. I was hoping to use the Kerio IMAP Migration Tool, but it does not allow me to specify the target domain. Instead it creates a 'gmail.com' domain on my server.

Has anyone else been through this? what's the best way to go about it?

Option to specify target domain is not available yet, I've increased reported count in appropriate bug. But it should be possible to migrate accounts to Connect and then rename domain:

http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/server-configurati on-kerio-connect/renaming-domains-in-kerio-connect-1122.html

There could be problem with specific IMAP implementation in Gmail, probably you will migrate messages with multiple tags repeatedly.

@pspalek -- thx for the advice, but in my case I want to merge the accounts into my existing domain. I think the plan will be to migrate & let it create the domain for the 'acquired' company, then once all the users are migrated, move them to the corporate domain as shown here:

http:// kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/server-configuration-keri o-connect/how-do-i-move-a-user-to-a-different-domain-329.htm l

Still, it would be much easier if I could specify a target domain on the Kerio server.
