I've looked in the KB and in the Admin documentation and can't find what I'm looking for:

I'd like to change the route of calls based on the incoming caller id. i.e. if it matches a list of known clients, go to priority support. If it's new, send it to sales.

As part of that, I'd like to specify a list of numbers that go straight to hang-up. I know you can block your outgoing caller ID and that would break this but it works for the majority with our current system (asterisk based).

Can Kerio Operator do this?

Hi,

Routing based on the Caller ID is not supported.
