Hi,

One of my users connector suddenly can't connect to the mailserver. I've tried to manually re-install the connector and use the autoconfig tool to reconfigure but I constantly get the following message:

The connection control with Kerio Connect failed.
Kerio Connector is not connected with Kerio Mailserver.
For technical support: 0x80042004

This problem occurs on a Windows 7 machine with Outlook 2010. Kerio Mailserver 7.2.2.

Yesterday, this machine worked just fine, but it has installed a load of Windows updates overnight, since the we have had this problem.

Help concerning this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I guess it is related to one particular Windows update. Server (and Kerio Outlook Connector) upgrade is recommended: http://forums.kerio.com/t/21194/kerio-connect-7-3-1-patch-2- released-/ and http://forums.kerio.com/m/86109/#msg_86109
