Hello everyone

Currently running Kerio Connect 8.0.1 and tring to setup the account (even on mail and contacts metro apps) under Windows 8.

When I try to put all the information for the account, I've got this error through the debug console of kerio:

{activesync} Client 'WindowsMail' is not allowed to connect, client IP address <hidden>, user <hidden><_at_><hidden>.

and throw a:

{activesync} Sending 404 Not Found response.

without being able to add it.

Any idea for a workaround?

Please use the "Search" function in this forum (or Google). This topic has been discussed several times in this forum.

Windows 8 are not supported in current Kerio Connect versions. It will be supported in the future.
