We are currently running Kerio Connect 8.0.0 on OS X Server with LDAP integration. Recently our LDAP was rebuilt and the individual who rebuilt it mis-keyed usernames without capitalization of the first name (i.e. dean Vassallo instead of Dean Vassallo). I have conducted extensive troubleshooting including going as far as deleting the user from Kerio (keeping the mail folder in tact), deleting the user from Open Directory and recreating the user in Open Directory with the proper capitalization. I then returned to Kerio and created the user from LDAP (which showed proper capitalization). Sending mail from any mail client (Exchange IMAP) results in a sender full name with the incorrect capitalization. Sending from Kerio Web Mail results in the correct capitalization. The capitalization appear correctly everywhere in Kerio, the GAL, the mail client, LDAP, etc. Where else could this possibly need to be changed to get mail to send from a local mail client with the proper capitalization. Thank you so much for any help you might be able to provide.

I guess the Apple Mail client caches user's details at the time when the account is configured.
I would recommend to re-create an account in Apple Mail.

Thanks but I tried this manually and using the integration link from the webmail landing page. It does not resolve the issue.
